How we help

Every engagement starts with the business or leadership challenge, not a program. We focus on measurable change in how leaders lead, how teams work and how the organisation performs. The easiest place to start is a 5-Week Sprint (for leaders and/or teams) followed by a Culture & Capability Diagnostic to go deeper as the work proves its value.

Where to start

Four steps, one at a time

  1. 5 weeks

    Sprint

“We have one challenge we need to work through.” Coaching and/or facilitated leadership development over a 5-Week Leadership or Team Sprint: focused change and capability uplift and a 90-day plan to embed.

  2. 3 to 4 weeks

    Diagnose

“We know something isn't working, but not exactly what.” A Capability Diagnostic with a fixed scope and fee: a clear baseline, the key risks and opportunities, and a 12-month roadmap.

  3. 3 to 12 months

    Develop / Transform

“We need to grow our leaders, strengthen our leadership team or shift our culture.” Leadership journeys, team partnerships, and culture and capability work that change behaviour and results.

  4. Monthly

    Sustain

“We want to keep the momentum and show the results.” A Capability Partnership: ongoing advice, quarterly measures and executive reporting.

What we measure

We agree the measures with you at the start, then report against them. Depending on the work, that might include leadership behaviour ratings, Team Health Check scores, engagement, retention, internal promotions or time to competence in a new role. We don't promise a number we can't stand behind. We promise to measure what changes.
