30-day Sprint
Focus
One clear challenge. May include a fast diagnosis, practical action and a plan to keep going.
About
Every engagement starts with the business or leadership challenge, not a program. Behind the work is a simple philosophy: people have potential, and the 5Ps turn that potential into performance that lasts.
Our philosophy
Potential is only the beginning. Purpose gives it direction. People multiply it. Practice turns it into behaviour. Performance is where it makes a difference.
Discover what's possible.
Focus on what matters.
Build trust and bring out the best in others.
Turn insight into action.
Create results that last.

And culture? Culture is what emerges when Purpose, People and Practice become aligned to how things are done around here. It isn't what an organisation says matters. It's what people experience every day. Potential is the starting point. Performance is the litmus test.
How every Sprint works
Every Sprint moves through the same five steps. A 30-day Sprint moves through them quickly with one clear focus. A 60-day Sprint allows time to practise. A 90-day Sprint completes the full cycle and can measure what has changed. Each Sprint is shaped around your challenge, so what is included will vary.

| The 5Ps | For a leader | For a team |
|---|---|---|
| Potential | What's really going on? | What could this team become? |
| Purpose | What outcome matters most? | What do we need to achieve together? |
| People | Who matters, and what impact are you having? | What's happening between us? |
| Practice | What will you do differently? | What will we do differently? |
| Performance | What's changed, and how will you sustain it? | How will we make it stick? |

See the SprintsWhat we believe
Start with possibility, not deficiency.
People follow leaders they trust, and teams deliver when they trust each other.
Your impact is experienced through others.
Insight only matters when something changes.
What leaders repeatedly model and tolerate becomes normal.
For people, teams, customers and the organisation.
How we work
Leaders don't change by being told. They change by doing, noticing and trying again. Our programs use a facilitated experiential learning cycle (Experience, Reflect, Input, Application), drawing on David Kolb's experiential learning model, so insight turns into action back at work.
We agree the measures with you at the start, then report against them. Depending on the work, that might include leadership behaviour ratings, Team Health Check scores, engagement, retention, internal promotions or time to competence in a new role. We don't promise a number we can't stand behind. We promise to measure what changes.
Start with the challenge. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
