Potential2Performance (ABN 67 679 325 898) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in our work, how we use and protect it, and how you can access or correct it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, organisation, email address and anything you tell us about your challenge, through the contact form or by email.
- When you book a call: the details you enter into our booking tool (Calendly), such as your name, email and preferred time.
- When we work together: information needed to deliver coaching, team, capability or culture work, such as contact details, role information, assessment results (for example DISC or HBDI profiles), survey and interview responses, and session notes.
- When you visit the website: basic technical information collected by our hosting provider, such as your browser type and pages visited. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our work. You can contact us without giving your full name, although we may not be able to help fully if you do.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver our services, send you information you have asked for, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.
Coaching and confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Where an organisation sponsors coaching, we agree up front what will be shared with the sponsor, which is usually limited to attendance and agreed goals, not the content of conversations. Individual responses to diagnostics, surveys and interviews are reported in aggregate or de-identified form unless you agree otherwise.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed to deliver our services or where required by law. This may include trusted service providers we use to run the business, such as email, our website contact form service (FormSubmit), booking (Calendly), file storage, website hosting (Cloudflare) and accounting tools, and accredited assessment providers. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
How we keep it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including password-protected systems and limited access. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then securely delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing mike@potential2performance.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, please email mike@potential2performance.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
